Gracie O’Leary

A litle more about me….

Born in the small town of Bolton, MA, I discovered my love for acting at age seven during a local production of Les Misérables.

Despite my mom’s “Go for it, Gracie!” pep talk, I froze during the audition for young Cosette. The director took pity on me and cast me as young Éponine instead, which I loved—but I swore then and there to never not “go for it” again. My next big role was Gub-Gub the Pig in Dr. Dolittle at the Harwich Junior Theatre in Cape Cod. The Cape Cod Times called the show “just okay,” but singled out Gub-Gub as a bright spot!

After a few years perfecting my animal acting—playing cows, lions, and toads—I finally decided it was time to try being human, starting with the role of Fern in Charlotte’s Web. I went on to study acting and dance for the next several years, attending high school at Walnut Hill School for the Arts in Natick, MA. Currently, I am a BFA acting student at California Institute of the Arts in Valencia, CA.

Throughout my acting journey, I’ve enjoyed performing in slapstick comedies as much as heightened text.

I can’t wait for what’s next!
